1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Aistudio88, you agree to these terms, the Privacy policy, the Refund policy and the AI content policy.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google and are responsible for all activity on your account. One account per person; accounts created to abuse promotions or commissions may be suspended.

3. Credits

Credits are prepaid units for using the service, have no cash value and are non-transferable. They do not expire while the account is active.

4. Your content

You keep your rights to what you upload and create, as far as the law allows. You confirm you hold all necessary rights to uploads, including consent from people who appear in them.

5. Prohibited use

See the AI content policy. Violations can lead to content removal, account suspension without refund, and reports to authorities where required.

6. Liability

AI results can be inaccurate or unexpected. The service is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of outputs.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and model prices. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
